Were looking for a full time test production engineer (R&D engineer) to join our team in the Pirkanmaa area. In this role you will be working in our test production facility as part of our core team and responsible for running the day to day test production runs, quality inspection as well as taking part in the R&D of new materials and products.
Any experience working in manufacturing companies is a big plus. If you have understanding of different moulding processes or have worked with industrial thermal processes it will be additionally helpful. Additionally, the ability to design tooling or moulds and have them manufactured with suitable sub contractors will be part of the daily operations so experience in this field is also a plus. Engineering education especially in chemistry, material sciences or similar will provide a good background to succeed in this position.
The work is independent so you need to have rock-solid skills in self-management, good self-discipline, good communication skills, and a burning passion to leave a mark on the surrounding world with your skills. English will be the main working language. Finnish language is considered an advantage.

Were looking for a full time test production manager to join our team in Tampere. You are responsible for setting up and running our small scale test production which is responsible for producing samples and small production runs for customers and internal and external R&D stakeholders.
Previous work experience in manufacturing companies is a big plus. Additionally, the ability to design tooling or moulds and have them manufactured with suitable sub contractors will be part of the daily operations so experience in this field is also a plus.
